Professional email at your own domain
— free.
Forward you@yourdomain.com to your existing Gmail or Outlook, then send from your domain straight inside Gmail. No new inbox to check. Works today.
Get your free email address →What is CCorp free email?
It's two things working together: email forwarding (so mail sent to you@yourdomain.com lands in your existing inbox) and authenticated SMTP sending (so replies look like they came from your domain).
Receive at your domain
Any email sent to you@yourdomain.com is forwarded to your Gmail, Outlook, or any inbox you already use. Nothing to configure on the receiving end.
Send from your domain
Add your domain address to Gmail's "Send mail as" using smtp.ccorp.com on port 587. Replies come from you@yourdomain.com — not your personal address.
Proper authentication
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are set up for you. Your emails pass spam filters correctly and aren't flagged as spoofed.
Works with any email client
Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail — anything that supports IMAP or SMTP works. You stay in your current app; you just get a professional address too.
Who is this for?
Anyone who owns a domain and wants a professional email address without paying $8.40/user/month for Google Workspace.
Freelancers
You have yourdomain.com. You want hello@yourdomain.com. You use Gmail. Done.
Small businesses
Solopreneurs and small teams who want branded email without a monthly subscription.
Side projects
You launched something, grabbed a domain, want email at that domain without adding another $7/month bill.
How it works
Three steps. Takes about 10 minutes.
- 1
Sign up at CCorp
Create a free account at ccorp.com/free-email. Enter the address you want — like hello@yourdomain.com — and tell it where to forward email. - 2
Add four DNS records (we show you exactly what to copy)
CCorp gives you four DNS records to add at your domain registrar:- • MX record — tells the internet where to deliver email to your domain
- • SPF TXT record — authorizes CCorp to send on your behalf
- • DKIM CNAME (ccorp1._domainkey) — cryptographic email signature
- • DMARC TXT record — policy that ties SPF and DKIM together
CCorp shows you the exact values for each — just copy and paste. They propagate in minutes to a few hours.
- 3
Set up Gmail "Send mail as"
In Gmail, go to Settings → Accounts and Import → Send mail as → Add another email. Use smtp.ccorp.com, port 587, TLS. That's it — you can now compose from your domain.
What the free tier includes and what it doesn't
