Frequently Asked Questions
Real questions about CCorp free email — answered plainly.
Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan costs nothing and has no trial period. You don't need a credit card to sign up. The free plan supports forwarding (no limit on receiving) and up to 300 outbound emails per month, 20 per day. Outbound emails include a small "Get your free email by CCorp.com" footer line. Paid plans that remove the footer and raise sending limits are available, but they're optional.
What's the catch?
Two things: (1) The free tier adds a small footer line to your sent emails — "Get your free email by CCorp.com." (2) Sending is limited to 300 emails/month and 20/day on the free plan. If you need higher volume or no footer, paid plans are available. Otherwise, it is genuinely free for the long term, not a limited-time offer.
Why not just pay for Google Workspace?
Google Workspace costs $8.40 per user per month. If you just want email at your domain inside the Gmail you already use, CCorp does that for free.
Can I both receive and send email from my domain?
Yes. Receiving (forwarding) and sending (via Gmail "Send mail as" or any SMTP-capable client) both work on the free plan. Receiving is unlimited — any email sent to you@yourdomain.com is forwarded to your existing inbox immediately. Sending is subject to the 300/month, 20/day limit on the free plan.
What DNS records do I need to add?
Four DNS records total. CCorp shows you the exact values for each: (1) MX record — tells the internet where to deliver email for your domain. (2) SPF TXT record — authorizes CCorp's servers to send on your behalf. (3) DKIM CNAME record (ccorp1._domainkey) — cryptographic signature that proves each email came from you. (4) DMARC TXT record (_dmarc) — policy that ties SPF and DKIM together and tells receiving servers what to do if either check fails. CCorp generates the exact copy-paste values. You just add them at your domain registrar.
Does this work with Outlook?
Yes. In Outlook, go to File → Add Account → enter your domain address manually → choose "Let me set up my account manually" → IMAP or SMTP. For outbound: use smtp.ccorp.com, port 587, TLS, with your CCorp SMTP credentials from the dashboard. For inbound, configure your regular Gmail or Outlook account as normal — forwarding delivers email there.
Does this work with Apple Mail?
Yes. In Apple Mail, go to Mail → Settings → Accounts → add an account. For the outbound SMTP server, use smtp.ccorp.com on port 587 with TLS and your CCorp SMTP credentials. Apple Mail will let you choose which "from" address to use when composing.
What about spam? Will my emails end up in spam?
CCorp sets up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your domain. These are the three standards that email providers use to verify that a message was legitimately sent by your domain. Without them, outbound emails often land in spam. With them properly configured (which CCorp does for you), your deliverability is similar to any other authenticated mail sender.
Can I use multiple domains?
Yes. Each domain is set up separately — add each one in your CCorp dashboard. Each domain can have multiple email addresses, and each address can forward to the same inbox or different ones.
Can I have multiple email addresses on one domain?
Yes. You can create as many addresses as you need — hello@, info@, support@, yourname@ — all on the same domain. Each can forward to the same inbox or different ones.
How do I sign in to manage my email setup?
Go to ccorp.com/free-email/manage and sign in with the email and password you used when creating your CCorp account. This is your original signup email — not your domain address. Your domain address is a forwarding alias, not a login credential.
Does this affect my domain's existing website?
No. Email DNS records (MX and TXT) are separate from the A/CNAME records that point your domain to a web server. Adding CCorp's MX record does not affect your website.
Can I keep my current Gmail or Outlook while adding a domain address?
Yes. That's the point. You keep your existing inbox exactly as it is. CCorp adds a domain address on top — forwarding sends email there, and "Send mail as" adds a from-address option in your existing Gmail or Outlook client. Nothing else changes.
Does CCorp email work with Yahoo Mail?
Receiving works: CCorp forwards any email sent to you@yourdomain.com straight to your Yahoo inbox, with no extra configuration. Sending as your domain from inside Yahoo Mail's web interface is a separate question — Yahoo's current help does not document support for adding an external SMTP 'send as' address in the new Yahoo Mail. The workaround is to keep receiving in Yahoo and send from your domain in any SMTP-capable app (iPhone Mail, Mac Mail, Outlook for Windows/Mac, or Thunderbird) using smtp.ccorp.com, port 587, STARTTLS, with your CCorp username and app password — or use the free Gmail web interface (see our Gmail guide).
Does CCorp email work with AOL Mail?
Receiving works: CCorp forwards any email for you@yourdomain.com directly to your AOL inbox. Sending as your custom domain from inside AOL Mail's web interface is not currently documented by AOL — their help pages do not describe a way to add an external SMTP 'send as' address. To send from your domain, use any SMTP-capable app (iPhone Mail, Mac Mail, Outlook for Windows/Mac, or Thunderbird) with smtp.ccorp.com, port 587, STARTTLS, and your CCorp username and app password, or use the free Gmail web interface (see our Gmail guide).
Does CCorp email work with MSN, Hotmail, or Outlook.com?
Receiving works: CCorp forwards email for you@yourdomain.com straight to your Outlook.com, Hotmail, or MSN inbox automatically. Sending as your custom domain from the Outlook.com web interface is not currently supported — Microsoft removed the Connected Accounts feature that previously allowed adding external SMTP senders in the free webmail (see support.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook for current options). The Outlook desktop app for Windows or Mac does support external SMTP — add smtp.ccorp.com, port 587, STARTTLS, with your CCorp credentials. Alternatively, the free Gmail web interface (see our Gmail guide) lets you send from your domain in any browser.
